1. Check your lighting
You better check yourself before your wreck yourself.
But seriously - mixing indoor lights and natural lighting
can be problematic - especially if there are interior
lights that “Strobe” such as some LED bulbs or
fluorescent lighting which can create banding issues in
photos.
Also, mixing warm and cool lights can be a no-no. Turn
off your interior lights unless you are sure they will
match properly. Buying inexpensive lights or a light
modifier can be a great solution.
